About

IHA WIO has worked closely with hospitals and healthcare systems for the past several years to assist with workforce and staffing issues by providing free online training. Through our relationships we found that there is a dire need to re-think both recruitment and retention. With challenges in the healthcare workforce accumulating, IHA WIO wanted to bring together stakeholders to talk about creative solutions to the problems that healthcare is facing.
To present these webinars, IHA partnered with Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). AHP is nationally recognized for its expertise in training and technical assistance for healthcare providers and systems. AHP has focused from the beginning on improving systems that support organizations and people in achieving health and wholeness.

Why

This webinar series was designed to bring hospital and health system leaders together to learn about sustainable long-term solutions that not only help hospitals, but also the employees and communities that they support. It was a space for collaboration between hospital leaders, to learn from experts and from each other.
IHA hosted 6 webinars over the course of 2022 which are posted below.
