IHA sponsors and hosts virtual career fairs that connect hospitals with job seekers throughout New York state. The events encourage job seekers to learn more about hospital career opportunities in their area, and exposes them to positions they may already be qualified for.

The events take place entirely online using the platform, Brazen, which gives employers and job seekers the opportunity to learn more about each other. Providers design their booths like the one above. Job seekers can chat with representatives via text or video capability.

IHA provides these events to member hospitals and job seekers at no cost. Our goal is to help facilitate safe and easy job recruitment, resulting in a more robust healthcare workforce for New York state.

IHA offers member hospitals the platform to host their own events that focus on their organization.
